Do Not Call Compliance Policy

B2B Marketing Archives fully complies with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's National Do Not Call Registry and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Effective January 1, 2026.

Our Commitments

We scrub all telemarketing campaigns against the National Do Not Call Registry every 31 days.

We honour internal Do-Not-Call requests within 30 days and retain them for at least five years.

We do not place auto-dialled or pre-recorded calls to wireless numbers without prior express written consent.

Our calling hours follow the FTC rule of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time of the called party.

How to Be Added to Our Internal DNC List

Email info@b2bmarketingarchives.com with the subject line "Internal DNC Request" and the phone number(s) you wish to suppress.

You will receive written confirmation within 10 business days.

Vendor Compliance

Any third-party calling on our behalf is contractually required to comply with this policy and applicable law, and is subject to audit.
